About Me

My name is Stewart “Allen” Grow Jr. I was born and raised in South Florida, I currently live in Broward County,Florida with my fiance’ and our 2 children. I graduated high school, then went on to the University of Phoenix for a little while until I ran out of money and had to quit. I originally wanted to be a Psychologist…but that didn’t work out for various reasons and I found myself working for my father in the family A/C business for about 13 years, a far cry from Psychology. The money was good, but it was definitely not where I wanted to be . So, one day I walked in the office, gave my 2 weeks notice as was out of there.
So…fast forward a few months and I got my own Mechanical Contractors license & Mechanical Inspectors license and landed a city job where I thought I had it made, I was going to do my 20-30 years and retire…just about that time the housing & construction markets took a dive and I got laid off from a dream job after only 3 years, I couldn’t even transfer or keep my retirement because I wasn’t vested yet…so now what?
Time to find a job…
So I went to a large A/C company and took on a management position thinking once again I had it made. I thought this was going to be a great job…and it was…for a while…Next thing I know I’m working 60-70 hrs a week for 40 hrs pay (yes, I was on a salary), and suddenly now I find myself with zero time for my family. I asked for a raise (to try and make it worthwhile) and got shot down multiple times, you see I needed them more than they needed me. After a year and a half I realized that I just didn’t like working for other people and wanted my own business. I started a A/C business on my own and it was going OK for a year or two…but I wasn’t going to be able to take vacations or worse I couldn’t see myself being able to retire doing this for a living, basically I had created a J-O-B for myself; long hours, lots of stress. I had no time & I was in financial distress. My house was in pre-foreclosure, my truck was up for reposession and my relationship was suffering.
So…I started actively looking for some type of home based business…
I wanted something that I could start slowly, maybe 5 – 10 hours per week and eventually get me out of the A/C business. I couldn’t just up and quit however, I still had a family to support. It was at this time a friend introduced me to the network marketing industry. I didn’t know anything about it, but the leveraging of time vs. money sounded good; I could start slowly and build a business over time and create a residual income stream.
My entry in this industry was an exciting & fun but I didn’t understand how to make it work. I followed the advice of my upline…made a list of friends, family, and acquaintances, bought leads, went to training’s, etc…I think you know the end of this story…a few sign-ups here and there, but no REAL money. Don’t get me wrong, I love the company I joined up with, I couldn’t ask for anything better. We don’t have to push the latest pills, juices, diets, makeup, cream, or any other products that you might have to stock or auto-ship. I simply get to go out and see the world and share my experiences with others along the way! My biggest problem was all my friends were broke and they were happy that way, but I needed more. I knew that this wasn’t the life I wanted for my children or even for myself for that matter. I knew in order to make this thing work I simply needed to find more people, but I need to do it more effectively & efficiently so I turned to the internet on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
I thought it would be easy, but…I didn’t have a system in place.
So, I continued on in my A/C business…but never gave up on having my home based business that would create the residual income stream that I wanted. So…let’s fast forward a few months.
Combining the Network Marketing Industry with the Internet…
I then decided to get some real training and coaching from some of the best Internet marketers in the industry. I came across what was to be the turning point for my business, a company called GVO (they have every tool you need to market online properly). Next, I found a mentor and within a few months I finally started to see some real success and because of the training I received and a commitment to success, my business is growing steadily.
Internet Marketing is about Building Your Own List, creating a Brand (yourself), and your own personal following. It’s also a commitment to your own personal growth and development.
Network Marketing is a people business…people helping people. It’s a business that is designed as a win-win, because I only succeed if you succeed. In Corporate America it’s just the opposite…if I were your boss, do you really believe that I’m going to teach you to be better than me so you can take my job…not likely!
We create our own realities with every thought, action, and feeling…whether we know it or not.

I have taken note that of all kinds of insurance, health insurance is the most debatable because of the struggle between the insurance plan company’s necessity to remain making money and the buyer’s need to have insurance coverage. Insurance companies’ income on wellbeing plans are incredibly low, thus some providers struggle to make money. Thanks for the strategies you reveal through this blog.
Thank you for taking notice. Stay tuned.
